Humble by Nature

Humble by Nature is a small mixed livestock farm in Monmouthshire’s beautiful Wye Valley. It is farmed by Tim & Sarah Stephens, who manage the land as much as for wildlife as for their livestock, collaborating with Gwent Wildlife Trust, the Woodland Trust and WWT.

Orchard Kitchen at the Long Barn

Kate Thomas from Orchard Kitchen will be offering the Long Barn for private hire for weddings, parties, and events. She will also offer courses in floristry, baking, wreath making, yoga, and other related fields, alongside her ethical, organic, and local food catering. She is also available for offsite catering for weddings, corporate events, etc.
