Humble by Nature
Humble by Nature is a small mixed livestock farm in Monmouthshire’s beautiful Wye Valley. It is farmed by Tim & Sarah Stephens, who manage the land as much as for wildlife as for their livestock, collaborating with Gwent Wildlife Trust, the Woodland Trust and WWT.

Orchard Kitchen at the Long Barn
Kate Thomas from Orchard Kitchen will be offering the Long Barn for private hire for weddings, parties, and events. She will also offer courses in floristry, baking, wreath making, yoga, and other related fields, alongside her ethical, organic, and local food catering. She is also available for offsite catering for weddings, corporate events, etc.
Silver Circle Distillery
Silver Circle Distillery produces handmade crafts spirits using local ingredients, creating unique products synonymous with the Why Valley. They’re proud to be part of a growing scene of craft spirits producers in Wales.
Haze Wholesale Flowers
Hannah and Zena at Haze are British flower farmers who grow and supply British blooms to professional florists, flower clubs, pubs, restaurants and the general public with their fabulous pick-your-own flower field.
