Open Evening: Friday 22nd November 2013, 7pm – 9pm

Humble by Nature is hosting an exhibition of local artists in the Long Barn at the farm. All the artists have a strong connection with the farm, either living, working or teaching there.

Andrew Kojima –known as Koj – has joined the Humble by Nature team as the new Head of Food.  Koj, who was a MasterChef Finalist in 2012, brings his enthusiasm, culinary skills and passion for food to the Humble by Nature kitchen.

Koj will be running a variety of demos and cookery courses, from Chef skills to speciality cooking at Kate Humble’s working farm, just outside Monmouth in the beautiful Wye Valley.  He will also be hosting fine dining menus as part of the Humble by Nature Supper Club, and is preparing the delicious home-made meals and treats for the rural skills courses.

We are very excited to open our new food theatre. Offering a range of cookery courses for everyone from children to serious enthusiasts, it will also welcome top Welsh and national chefs for demonstrations and be a home for the Supper Club. We look forward to announcing our new range of demonstrations and master classes soon.
